Nordavance is the brand behind OmniTrip, operations software for trucking carriers. This policy — which also serves as our privacy notice for visitors in Mexico, the United States, and Canada — explains what limited information this website collects and how we handle it. We keep it short because we keep it simple.
Who we are
“Nordavance” is a technology brand that builds and markets OmniTrip. We decide what limited data this site collects and why, which makes us the data controller (in Mexico, the “responsable”). Our privacy contact for all three countries is info@nordavance.com — write to us any time about your privacy or anything else.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, an optional phone number and company name, the topic you select, and your message. We do not have user accounts on this website, we do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
We use the details you submit solely to reply to you and to follow up about OmniTrip or the request you made — that is the purpose you give them to us for. We do not use them for advertising or automated decision-making.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses one strictly necessary cookie that remembers your language choice (English, Spanish, or French) — it carries no tracking value. For anonymous, aggregated visit statistics we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and cannot identify you or follow you across sites. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these analytics; we do not load them until you choose, and you can change your choice any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel, which also provides our anonymous visit statistics (Vercel Analytics), and messages from the contact form are delivered to us through the form service Web3Forms. Your message passes through these services only so that it reaches our inbox.
International data transfers
Nordavance operates across the United States, Mexico, and Canada, and the providers above may process your information on servers in the United States. If you write to us from Mexico or Canada, your message is transferred to and stored in the US for the sole purpose of reaching our inbox. We share only what you send us, and we rely on these providers’ own safeguards to protect it in transit and at rest.
Keeping your information
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to assist you, and then we delete them. We do not build marketing profiles from them.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us — or to stop using it — by emailing info@nordavance.com, and we will act on reasonable requests at no charge. Depending on where you live, you have specific rights: in Mexico, your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection) and the right to limit use or disclosure under the LFPDPPP; in the United States, the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your data — which we do not do — under laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA; and in Canada, the right to access and correct your information and to withdraw consent under PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25. We never discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Consent
By sending us a message you consent to our handling it as described here. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@nordavance.com; withdrawal does not affect anything we did before you asked.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
